Gnome DoN GM quest

Hi all,

I think I have found a major bug in the gnome GM quest. The task calls for killing 120 delve drakes. While doing creatorn missions and killing said drake I got no credit for the quest. However in doing an evil mission (I'm an agnostic enchater and balance is good ) in tirriuns delve I noticed that everytime I killed a goblin I got credit towards my kill total. That said nothing I looted in there went towards my collection total. Also in the creator missions I looted several of the fractured drake claws.. again nothing towards total .. so my guess is that the gnome GM task is broken at the moment...

THANK YOU for posting the possible bug. I was thinking of starting my little gnomie on the DoN tradeskill treadmill, but with THAT piece of information, I think I'll do some quests I've been meaning to do until I hear more about it.

I also noticed an issue with the Gnome GM quest but it appears to be teh opposite of your issue.

When working on the creator mission in Thundercrest I get quest credit for killing delve drakes when I kill the goblins.

However when I am in the instanced version of the Delve I correctly get quest credit for both killing the drakes and for the fractured drake claws.

I suspect the reason you we're getting quest credit for the claws in the delve was because you weren't in the instanced version (could be worng but it's a guess). However that doesn't explain why I get credit for the goblins in Thundercrest Island.

Certainly if I'm in the instanced version of the delve and are looting fractured drake claws I am definately getting the quest credit.

BTW I consider it totally daft that kills and loots in the standard zones don't count toward the quest but only those from the instanced versions - daft.

The only Fractured claws I saw that were counted towards the 80 for me were in Lavaspinner style instances.

Grounding of the Drakes Mission was one I did ALOT.
