You need to talk to the warrior trainer in the courtyard (name?) to get the molds and recipes and the container.
Notice: once gathered, items must be combined in the special container (looks like a sewing kit) provided by the said NPC and then only you combine the result + the appropriate mold in a forge.
HELM: alligator hide, ball of Pulpy Fungus, cracked skeleton skull, giant mocassin fang.
BRACER: crab spider's carapace, 2 spiderling silks, malleable bleeder skin.
GAUNTLETS: bleeder's poison sack, blackened fungus, 2 bleeder carapaces.
LEGGINGS: giant mocassin eye, 2 kobold livers, larval carapace.
BOOTS: kobold scalp, 2 chunks of digested Earth, undead froglok talisman.
ARMPLATES: mocassin eggs, bleeder wing, mocassin scale, kobold talisman.
BREASTPLATE: pristine mocassin's scale, burly kobold ears, pristine alligator hide, mocassin poison.
