Progressive Shar Vahl Bard Quests

Hey there, quick question. I know Alla's lists the vahshir bard quest items (cloak, drum, buckler) as vahshir only, but they also list the beastlord claws as vashshir only as well, which I know are usable by all beastlord races. So, just curious... are these bard ones still vahshir only?

Kitty Only or can Anyone?

I've heard that it is possible to multiquest some aspects of the kitty-only tradeskill "class" paths, but regardless of the viewable race/class of the item(s), most of them can only be obtained by handing back your newbie kitty initiate's cloak to complete them.

Often any of the items obtained are noDrop anyways thus making them not tradeable either. My Bard went ahead and did the Whisperling Frostweavers Shield to discover it's SHM or BST only! For the same effort of chasing after bloodling carapaces, could have started the Progressive Smithing quest instead. :!:

My bard continues to work on his Pottery skill-ups the traditional way of throwing mud til trivial and then working through the jar sketchs as well as Ayyad's Runequill quest, which anyone can start once they have their own personal Acrylia Slate. The drum bowl needed by Gherik Alarhun, as DenMom notes, is trivial somewhere between 81 and 85. Grimlings spawn irregullarly down in the pit and then to find the femur drops.

I knew better about lore items, but had already stashed the Grimling Bone Powder in the bank when I went and panged the combine to make a "backup". DOH!

All of the shar vahl quest items were originally VAH only. The beastlord items got caught when they went through and added BAR OGR TRL IKS VAH to All BST usable items.

Without looking I would guess that the Bard, Warrior, Rogue, and Shaman shar vahl class quest items are VAH only.

They are, i've confirmed all them them up to 3 steps in with various alts. I love Vah Shir for their awesome questiness. where else can you get everything you need up to level 20 for free?
