Error in Xakra Dart Tool recipe?

This page says that 1 x Grimling Bone Shaft + 1 x Xakra Dart Crafting Tool in a fletching kit yields a Xakra tooth dart, but both Rytan's quote and the text in this quest write-up seem to indicate that a Xakra tooth is a required part of the recipe. Is the Xakra tooth required or not?

I have no clue on the recipe for that one. If anybody has done these quests and knows please post to verify for us please.

Been doing these while farming their silks within the last week.

Combint the following 3 components in a fletching kit...

The Xakra Tooth, the Xakra Dart Crafting Tool and a Grimling Bone Shaft.....

I did this combine many times - definitely requires a tooth in the combine
