A Pusling Black Vial for New Veeshans Peak Quest

Greeting,

I have worked on Phara Dar's Quest at New Veeshan's Peak, and have a problem to make A Pulsing Black Vial.

I hailed Eriak at Drunder,Fortress of Zek, and say "What Blood?", but he doesnt have been response and doesn't have given A Vial of Black Blood.
Of course,I have been made invis off and enough close to him.

Do any PoP flags or any other requirements need for receiveing A Vial of Black Blood from Eriak? I have heard that receiving A Vial of Black Blood from Eriak need to be flagged VZ/TZ.

My PoP flags:PoJ a Trial/PoD Grummus/PoN hedge and TT/PoI MB
PoS Askr's Quest/PoV Grenic's Quest
BoT Agnarr

Any help would be appreciated.

You need VT and TZ flags to get the blood, since it was originally used to get Zek bane weapons to take on Rallos Zek.
