Got stuck on the diamond dust...
I knew it drop from giants in permentfrost/sol b, but that camp sucks.

Dose it drops from icegiants in everfrost peak? At least I can get a faster pop rate there and some extra pp.

Diamond Dust does not drop from the Ice Giants in Everfrost Peaks.

Some dropped for me last night off the ice giants in Permafrost just outside Lady V's lair. I'm not sure why you think this camp is poor. Easy to get to, lots of giants, some experience at 65 -and- when Vox is up - if I get too many adds I just run in to see her and she kindly gates me to safety faster than an evac.

Diamond dust is also supposed to drop off fire giants in Solusek B, but it's a rarer drop there.
