Missing Expedition Orders for 8th Shawl

Ok, so apparently I pulled a bonehead mistake and deleted my Expedition Orders while clearing up inventory room. I have the Approved Issue Kit, so hopefully that will be enough proof to SoE that I did earn the Expedition Orders. I've already sent them an email via the EQLive site about it, but I was wondering if anyone here knows of any way to get the Expedition Orders back just in case my server GM decides not to give them back to me.

What would happen if I were to give the Approved Issue Kit to the Dain? Would he eat it?

I already tried to say "What mission?" to the Dain again in hopes of getting the Orders back, but though he said the proper quest text, I didn't get the Orders.

/petition and /viewpetition until you hear from a GM in game. I don't see why they wouldn't give you the orders back, as they should be able to find it in your logs.

Aye I would be upfront with the Guide/GM and let them know you think you may have deleted them while cleaning your bank. They will be able to verify if the item was given to anybody or if you deleted it.

To help the person who will be investigating it, it is helpful if you can add to the petition what zone, what time, and what time zone that the event took place. The less questions that have to be asked of you, the quicker things can be resolved. If you can put all the information in the petition, it is possible that a guide will not even need to speak with you. Searching 1-2 hours worth of logs is a lot easier for a GM than searching 168 hours worth. If you get email back from the form at http://www.station.sony.com/en/services/help/eqGM.jsp , they will tell you to petition in-game.

Try again. I've deleted the order by accident (@#$# limited inv space) but I was able to get them again. As long as you have the kit on you I've gotten it to work. What do you con to the dain? And if I remember correctly its more than just what orders. Its what expedition orders or something. Go thru the entire hail set. Granted I did this early last year but nothing has really changed quest wise in the shawl series from what I understand.
