Are all quest containers currently not working? The clockwork gate necklace won't combine for many people, and my phlactery also will not combine.

Be sure to /bug it with the exact details of the container and what you're combining and what quest it's for, and anything else that seems relevant. It's a widespread problem so they're probably already aware of it but the extra report can only help.
