Pure Blood Spell

Hi Folks! =)

I am currently undertaking the Pure Blood Spell Quest which is a druid/shaman/cleric spell released with LoY.

It starts off in the Gulf of Gunthak. I am supposed to kill Pillangers to loot a no drop Gunthak Water.. this can also be foraged, but alas I don't possess that skill!!

I read a post recently that it can be fished near the light house. I tried that out, going through 4 stacks of bait with no luck so far. My fishing skill is 182, and my question is has anybody else fished this out at Gunthak??

I took a 65 wizard, 61 ranger, 63 shaman, and 61 pal/cleric (both me) to the fort in the tunnels.

Head through the tunnels towards Gunthak and take the first left.

Round everything in there up and AE them to the ground.

We got two in 90 minutes.

I've never heard that the gunthak gulf water can be fished, only foraged. But it's really not that hard to hunt for. I'm assuming that since you're an Exarch you're 65, so just kill all the piratical mobs around the fort in Gunthak. They're all green. I did that part with a 65 ranger, it was easy and the gulf water dropped in less than an hour. We also saw a deepwater emblem drop there, which really surprised me (I thought those only dropped in Dulak).

Thanks for the advice... I finished the quest for this spell afew days ago.. even though the brewing was really really trivial there is always that chance of a fail... but it was all sucessful and lovely!

And you are right - its a great spell!!
