Anyone know how to spawn Ghoul of Tak - Hiz

I need help locating this guy, i have havn't been able to spawn him in oasis , but i have killed him 5 times in south ro , but he has yet to drop the anchor for me , any help on where spawn points are , or what time he spawns , what you should kill to get him to spawn , ect would be greatly appreciated . This is my last piece i need to finish this quest , and i am goin insane camping both zones for over a week now

If it helps, I've only seen him up in South Ro at night. Doesn't mean that he only spawns at night, though.

Sucker is an over-con. I only killed him once, but he was blue to me and I think I only nuked once and healed my pet once while my Earth pet was caving his skull in.

yeah having same problem, me and thalissa on same server. i think between the 2 of us we killed the ghoul..? 20ish times. I have /feedbacked and sent emails everyday saying this drop rate is too rare

I got my anchor off a guildie who killed it passing by, I've killed it 37 times, never dropped, guildie killed once, so of course it dropped, sent me a tell I came and looted ;>

Just kill lotsa stuff. Think AC spawn tables if that helps at all.
