I have a questoin about the Velious bp, for Grand tunic of the oracle.

As a druid, Could I take any BP, leather, silk, plate, or chain, and Hand it in for any wis or int class ( with the exception of hybirds) and turn that bp in with my token and get the tunic/robe? for example could I take my token with a shaman chain thurg bp and get the wis tunic?

Yes.

The final hand in (token + bp) only checks that the bp is of a type usable by a class that can use either of the final bps and that the person doing the hand in can use the final bp (and gives you the one you can use).

My tunic I got after hours of arena camping in Kael, and it was a thurg enchanter robe I handed in. You shouldn't have any problems.
