Ok, this isn't a very major quest. Low skill required, low investment, low reward.
In Riwwi, there are numerous Yunja (the new elf people) being held as slaves. Occasionally one will spawn as a "thirsty", "starving", "famished", "hungry", etc. Yunja. Hail the Yunja to see what precisely they want.
The thirsty Yunja accepted the Taelosian Black Mint Tea and Taelosian White Mint Tea that I made, giving me +faction with Yunja Slave Resistance and a very small amount of exp.
The hungry Yunja asked for anything made with crab, cragbeast, hynid, or one other thing I can't remember. Anyway, hand them whatever they asked for (I used Spiced Hynid/Cragbeast Sandwiches) and you get the same reward; faction and exp.
After roughly 6 to 10 turn-ins, the thirsty/hungry Yunja respawns as a normal Enslaved Yunja. Stupid pooch that I am, it didn't occur to me to hail the newly satisfied Yunja to see if I got a response other than simple suspicion (the usual response).
