Kutin's Key (No Drop, rare, 1 in 100 may be) can be fished in Abysmal Sea. Turn in NPC is Kutin, same level as Mordern Rasp. Reward is Essence of Troll potion (Illusion: Troll, 1 charge).

I've caught 4 of these so far in my 3 sessions of fishing. I'd say the frequency of these is more like 1 in 60. The best run I had I got 2 keys within 10 casts, but then I had a long run without one too.
Definitely worth the effort to get the essence and sell it for even more money.
Shhhhhh! The nerf-patrol will nerf the nice sell back on this stuff if they realize that fishing is highly profitable.Barli Truebeard

heh, I got 4 keys in 43 casts. Guess I got lucky.
The quest also grants xp, but it was negligible at 59

Hmmm. from 6-7 stacks of bait i got 6 keys.
It was fun running around in POK later in troll form.

The experience is neglible at 51. I'm wondering what level you would need to be to even notice a movement in the xp bar.....

Probably have to be really low level to notice the bar move, but since Fishing is level-capped, you wouldn't be likely to catch a key.
And you can hand in more than 1 key at a time.

This quest has been nerfed - the potion is now no drop 
I tried this with my 22 chanter and I did not see the exp bar move at all when I turned in the one key he fished.

They nerfed it
I logged in last night and fished for some keys. I went to Kutin turn one in and receive a different potion called "Potion of Transformation" which is Lore and No Drop. So SOE finally caught on a nerf it. It is still worth fishing in the Abysmal Sea, you can still make about 700-800pp an hour by selling the fish you get there once your fishing skill in up to 200. Beware, SOE will probably nerf the price that the salmon and crab sell for next week. So fish all you can today and fight tomorrow.

Troll potions
It would be nice if we could put these in a medicine bag and combine them into 5 or 10 dose potions like most of the alchemy made ones.
