Zephyr of brell -focus on 8th Shawl

Does the "Zephyr of brell" Focus on 8th Shawl Stack with Druid AA Ability Spell casters reinforcement mastery ?

Both of them are 20% extended duration on buffs. Wondering if they would work on spirit of the wood AA ability.

However, Zephyr of Brell only effects spells with a duration equal to or greater than 48 seconds. SCR effects all spells.

focus items will NEVER effect an aa ability unless that aa ability is listed in your spell list (check lucy)

for instance. my zephyr of brell used to effect innate invis to undead. but about the same time they put in test buff they removed most aa abilities from the spell lists of casters. If a spell isn't in your spell list for yoru class it will not be effected by focus items

(and my zephyr of brell doesn't effect by cleric aa group regen which meets the 8 tick min requirment)
