Summoning my Dain for Shawl #8

I've read on EQAtlas that sometimes there is a bug and if Dain isn't up, you may have to go under the ice to find the Chancellor. This must be a bug still happening, because I sat in IC for 9 hrs (RL) and no Chancellor. I didn't have any levi or invis, so wasn't going to go down there and risk a nasty CR.

Does anyone have any advice for this cleric that is ready to etch his armor?

I believe the Chancellor is a 24 hour spawn. It's been a while, but I know he was at LEAST 24 hours.

He was up tonight, everything smithed / etched / combined and I now have my Approved Issuing Box.

Whew, no fails either on a single combine / sub-combine, with the exception of 2 furs for the soft padding (skilled up 3 times making 14 paddings, from 160 to 163).
