Hope stones?

Howdy folks,

I just finished the baking and fletching portion of Aid Grimel. All I have left is the Hope Stone turn in. However, I've never seen one drop on any raid I've been on, xp group, or soloing (which I do all the time in PoFire).

Anyone have any specific luck on zones that increase the chance of seeing these? Or is it truly just random accross all elemental planes?

I have seen it drop off random mobs in every elemental. Think we get one every 3 raids or so.

Soloing in fire i got 3 to drop off mephit type mobs in first yard during the same time it took me to get about 30 saps, just to give you a ratio.

Group in POW just pulling the first room of stuff we got 2 in about 3 hours.

I got mine from the picnic tables in PoF kiting with a friend, pretty easy to pull and lots of room to kite there.

XP in PoE daily, and seen my first drop. (Awarded to my thx!) Also seen one drop in PoW on a raid there long time ago.

I'm sure its just very rare and very random, can drop off any mob in elemental.

Basically it has the chance to drop off of any elemental mob... We usually see them drop when we do the various rings/event (ie coirnav you kill 75 little guys... not uncommon to see one of them drop one). Just kill stuff and eventually you'll see one drop.

I've seen them drop mostly in PoE exp grouping at the ledge.
