I think this was supposed to be a reply to the Oracle tradeskills quest thread talking about whether a "Sewing Needle" item is needed for the combine.

I would guess that this is the item they are talking about:

Item#, Name, Lore
10064,'Sewing Needle',Sewing Needle

Given that it has such a low item number and that it is surrounded by other very early era items, I would guess that this was an old world recipe or a Kunark recipe.
