Dartian [ignore.. mispost]

Sitting at Dartain's old spawn now, no apparent changes~

No apparent changes, but Dartian does not spawn, correct?

I have been spending numerous hours there to no avail. I don't know if he is an incredibly rare drop or if the Tome of Miragul has been given to another mob to drop. This is more than a timesink, this is just really frustrating.
