The 6th shawl final combine was listed as trivial somewhere between 204 and 209.
I can narrow this gap, because I tried it last night with a base skill of 207 tailoring and it was in fact Trivial.
So that would put the trivial somewhere between 204 and 207.
Of course, even with it trivial, and even with a Geerlok, I failed the first time. I guess that's my payback for succeeding on all of the wurm bile combines, which were much more tedious to gather, hah.
