Secret of the Planes MQ

One of my friends have the advanced combat manual and i have all the other manuals plus the hope stone. Would it be possible for us to MQ it so he gets the Secret of the Planes? Asking cause hope stone part in Aid Grimel quest is not MQable. Thanks for any input
