I am working on 3rd of the Aid Grimmel quest,

After spent an hour for Coldain Smithy Hammer, I still cant find it out. Anyone know where I can get it?

It's a result of part of the Coldain Ring quest. Full details on how to get it are at:

You do not have to do any of the other portions of the ring quest to get this piece, just this part.

Note that the Coldain Smithy Hammer is droppable. I got mine in the bazaar
