Another Aid Grimel Success Story!

I finished the darn thing! Its nice too .

After I made the final combine I couldn't continue playing... I just sat there and stared at it. I had made the fire undergament in one combine AND the feathered bow! Then I made the final combine and did the turn ins.

After reading all the horror stories about the failures on the 5th and 6th earring I had sort of geared myself mentally for a few failures. Instead I can report that I made ALL the combines the first time. This is with 340 int 280 dex and max trade skills ie 252 (max skill + geerlok). There is hope out there for any of you that are thinking it can't be done hehe.

Just did the tunic last night. 1st try. 221 tailoring +5%... got to combine the bow now which I hear is bad. We have 3 people in our guild who have done this and completed it. 3 people took about 5 bow combines total. crossing my fingers. May push fletching up a bit before the attempt. at 223 + 5% now in that skill.

Update to previous post: Finished tthe quest.
1st attempt at tailoring (221 skill + 5%) success
1st attempt at fletching (223 + 5%) and skilled up + success

The party platters... yuk. My baking was 227 + 5% when I attempted. It took about 7 attempts to get 2 successes. Good thing we got a group into PoW and farmed enough claws to last a while.
