Black Diamond of Nightmares

I may have missed it - but, has any recipe been found that requires this diamond?

I was in PoN killing mephits with a group and got a huge number of Nightmare Mephit Bloods - and just wondered if it's going to be worth it to hold on to them.

The Diamond has a few uses (Iron Amulet of Unseen Horrors, Helm of Nocturnal Phantasms, as a component for Emblems of Nightmare for various sets of purple armor, and in the first step of the Aid Grimel quest). However, its probably more useful for you to hold on to the blood in blood form. If people need the Black Diamonds, its easy to convert them later. The blood itself is also used in Planar Blood Brew and Night Terror Temper.
