Jar of Lacquer

Maybe i am looking in totally wrong places..but where is this found or what skill makes it? Any help would be appreicated

The two places I know of, off the top of my head, to get the Jar of Lacquer (for making Lacquered gems, not the same item as the Glaze Lacquer used in PoP Pottery) are in the bazaar, in the center building, the human vendor standing next to the gnome, and in PoK in the same room as the fellow who sells the Tanaan clay.

This may also be sold by the dwarf smith in Shadow Haven, in a room next the building that houses the druid, shaman, ranger and druid trainers. It’s near that huge pool where you find the soul binder. And for those of you who remember it, he’s right next door to the room where everyone gathered to make the mature cheese. *grins*

I know he sells acid, for I buy it from him to make the Grobb Meat drink. But he also sells another jar with the same graphic. I think this is a Jar of Lacquer but I’m not absolutely sure.

Calabar he is a Lacquer seller too that is who i use to do my steins.
