Which Essences Do I Need For Ogre Shaman?

Trying to may an orge shaman friend a faithstone but am not sure which essences I need to brew. It's not clear to me as others. Thanks ~ K

should be Innothule Essence, as I read it

On the Pottery Recipes page, there is the following explanation for this:

***If you are an ogre shaman with a Spiritstone of the Banished and you wish to be teleported a bit closer to home, use your spiritstone to port to Nektulos, hail the ogre named Blugrub standing next to your landing spot, then feed him your Spiritstone of the Banished. He will give you a Spiritstone of the Feerrott, with the effect Prayer to Rallos. This will land you in Feerrott at loc 1148, 466

So, you need Innothule essence. On the bright side, Ogre's can have two spiritstones to teleport to two different locations.
