What drops the stormwatcher's stones and sandstorm pearls?

Sandstorm Pearl is dropped by Jord Giants in BoT.
Stormwatchers stone i assume drop from the stormwatchers in BoT.
I am going to hunt them today and will come back with the result.

What does the focus effect "anger of eci" do anyways?

23% increase in dmg on DD's.
Excluding pbae, and aoe.
Excluding 'buer' dragons and giants. (no idea, assuming boss NTOV stuff). Besides thats what dragon and giant bane are for

Are you sure it's all DD and not just Cold?

Effect is just on cold based spells for that one, I have the Raintravelers Overcloak and it is nice.
