Hi, hoping someone can give some locations to buy Zombie skins. I have heard these can be bought at some NPC vendors, but have found no reference to which NPC vendors.

Where to buy Zombie skins?

You can't buy them from vendors unless someone sold them to the vendor first. No vendor that I know of stocks them normally.
Vendors near undead areas are the best place to look for them. Gukta is very good, especially the vendor in Innothule Swamp. A lot of newbies hunt the zombies there and don't have a clue what the skins are for or just don't care. The vendors in Butcherblock can have some often from players returning from Unrest as well. East and West commonlands are good places to look as well. I have heard that the Lighthouse in Gunthak is good but haven't had much luck there myself. The zombies on the beach in Gunthak do drop quite a few skins too.
I usually farm them at the pyramid in South Karana after checking the Gukta merchants.

They are about 1 gold plus on NPC vendors, if you look around any zombie areas you'll find a ton. East and west commons vendors are good.

Out-of-the-way
Another place to check for zombie skins that's rather out of the way (and therefore unlikely to have been vendor-mined) is the Kerran vendor on Erud's Crossing. With a static zombie spawn in the water, and random zombies popping in the spawn tables on the island, you can usually find some there. This was my location of choice while farming skins to top off the various poison vials.Chase

I got a lot of them while exping on the beach in Gunthak. The lighthouse vendor likely has some, unless someone beats you too it
You might check the bazaar also, that's where all mine went :roll:Aabidano - Phantasmist

I found the best way to farm them is buying from the vendors in East and West Commons. If you want them for poison vials, you can also pick up black wolf pelts and puma skins.. by the stack. I never had to hunt zombies to get pottery to 188. Also, look in Gfay, they sometimes have black wolf pelts there too. You can also use quality pelts (but don't ever tell a blacksmith or tailor you did) I got to 188 without ever hunting anything but NPC vendors. It takes a little time, but I used to get a couple stacks or more a day just vendor mining.

Good place to farm them if you can't AoE is Innothule. The island that the skeleton tower is on has several undead frogloks that drop zombie skin, quite often 2 at a time.
Quite a few zombies in the newbie areas close to Gukta as well.
Also as noted you can get lots of zombie skin off the undead trolls on the beach in Gunthak.Zararazu Twoflower, 66 iksar monk, Solusek Ro

I remember when I was leveling up out in Lake Rathetear at the little cove from South Karana where there are gnolls during the day which turn to zombies at night drop like up to 5 skins IIRC. Thats simple to farm but the draw back is its only at night.Sage Jaytee Bushwacker [Fires of Heaven]
