Does anyone have an idea where to find the :

Innothule essence: innothule mushroom or swamp vegetables (ground spawn, Innothule)

The ingredient for the Shammy Ogre Spiritstone.

I've run thru the Innothule Swamp zone, but I have no clue where to find it..

As a ground spawn imo it's about as bad as yew leaves used to be to get. I think I've found one total in that zone. If it helps any, they apear as the little blue mushroom icon.

There are the 'shrooms and there are vegetables. Both are distinctively coloured - blue and red. Pretty easy to spot. I find them by just zooming around in the shallow water - I've only found them under water, (on the swamp floor). I got a SOW and an EB - sounds studid but I almost drowned myself the first time (doh!) as I forgot to watch the breath bar as I watched the bottom. Just sort of did random passes. Didn't keep track but in 15 minutes (ish) I got 4 or 5.

I believe the foraging thing is for Gukta Soulstone, not the Spiritstone of the Banished.

          Thanks for the info..

Made one ( from a Bazaar forage'd Essence .. ) on the first try...

I had a happy Ogre friend when I told him the good news ( he didn't knew we where planning one for him...)

          Thanks again..

Four or five in 15 mins? Extremely nice. I've found them outside of water plenty of times, but then again, I've spent plenty of hours looking. One an hour is a good rate of return on these things, I've found -- same with foraging swamp vegetables.

With the change in the political situation, think it would make more sense to have Spiritsotne of the Banished only usable by trolls now, and give ogres a separate one to send them to the Feerott. Was good enough going to Innothule to get to Feerott, it's just one zone over. But now that their spritstone goes to Nektulos, it ports them nowhere near their home city. They ought to change this! I know ogre shamans agree with me on this, hehe.

P.S. Also seems silly that the spiritstone that no longer goes to Innothule still requires items from there. I guess out of troll nostalgia, same reason portal in PoK hasn't been relabeled (the Kaartisian trolls demanded it be left the same I bet!).

Before the Fall my troll BL found swamp vegetables on the ground all the time, it seems. He just ate them. Kicking myself for this now, hehe, wish he saved them...

                  from teh eqtc site:

***If you are an ogre shaman with a Spiritstone of the Banished and you wish to be teleported a bit closer to home, use your spiritstone to port to Nektulos, hail the ogre named Blugrub standing next to your landing spot, then feed him your Spiritstone of the Banished. He will give you a Spiritstone of the Feerrott, with the effect Prayer to Rallos. This will land you in Feerrott at loc 1148, 466

so, all an Ogre has to do is trade in the 'banished' stone to get the 'Feerott' one.

                    ground spawns are the devil

With the number of frog twinks these days, I found it easy just to buy the ground spawn essence ingredients from frogs running around the zone.

So basically there's no actual recipe for a Feerott spiritstone? You just make a Banished and trade it in?

That's what I did. The spiritstone got changed or nerfed or whatever into a spiritstone of the banished when I logged in one day, and so a while later I turned my spiritstone of the banished into a spiritstone that puts me outside Oggok. I then made another spiritstone of the banished, so now I have two stones. It's very nice to be able to get to Neriak quickly with my ogre to vendor mine instead of using the POK port to Freeport sewers, or run over quickly to Cazic with the other stone. Or...use my Overthere hammer to get to The Outpost. Or even, what the heck, gate to my bind point in POK. Very nice!
