Does anyone know were i can find this item? i've checked the Casters Realm item database but it only came up with celestial essence robe.

Celestial essence is player made. It's a no fail combine using celestial solvent and scent of marr in a mortar and pestle. All three items can be purchased in PoK in the Western vendor building.
