tainted planar essence

ok i give up, got pottery to 199 and was going to try to make unfired planar stein to 216 but i am at a lose to find reciepe for tainted planar essence.
Does someone have link or reciepe?

Or you can buy them from vendors for 6pp+ some gp each. Almost all vendors in PoK/PoT have those from players sell them to vendors.

They drop rather commonly in PoNightmare from wraiths and banshees. They sell to merchants for about 1pp 5gp, so players will sell them to merchants if they do not know to save them.
