Oil of a frog

Comes from frogs, right... but where are the frogs? So far I've only seen the tiny frogs that rarely spawn from traps...

There's a whole cave of them, if you go to Groihan the Wise by taking all lefts, you'll pass a cave on the right (not towards Hydrotha,etc) that leads to a cave cubby hole with about 10 frogs.

This oil is rare but it dropped from a greater frog this oil is not stackable
