Success rates on elemental pottery

After having made about 40 Ceramic Swords of War earlier on in PoP with about 3 failures, I finally scraped up all the parts for Ceramic Totem of the Rathe tonight and failed. Does anyone have a feel for the success rates for the tier 4 pottery items with 250 +5% skill? Ideally my guild would like to produce these for any members that need them, so it'd be nice to get an estimate of how many parts we need to gather.

From the sound of the way folks have been posting on these boards, if anyone has seen enough elemental pottery pieces to get even close to a "feel" for the success rate, they're not talking about it.

It could be bad luck, it could be something really changed.

Before the patch I had 4/5 success on tier 4 stuff -
1/2 - earth
1/1 - air
2/2 - fire

After the recent patch:
0/2 - air

Easy to make, §$&$%§/$&//% rare to actually see the drops

I have been very lucky so far with PoP pottery. I also have done about a dozen tier 1/2 pottery combines and I have been successful in all of those as well. My skill is 244+trophy.

pretty easy

With skill 198 and Geerlock I am able to make PoP items with no fails yet. This is a good thing because the components are so rediculously rare.

Tier 1, 2 zones pottery items seem like have lower trivial than the elemental ones. I had 100% success rate on those for a long time (30+ combines), but elemental ones are a different story.
