spiritstones, faithstones, and last night's grobb event

Well, we now have an explanation of why the spiritstone of innothule has been changed. But....as far as I know ogre's are still in their normal spot, and the frogloks have shammies and clerics in former grobb now as well. I'm hoping they'll be giving us at least a new spiritstone for ogres so they can get to close to their home town if this isn't just a temporary change.

Personally, I always thought it was kinda dumb that ogres and trolls were on the same Spiritstone to begin with. They follow different gods. What's up with them having the same generic spiritstone? (Answer: VI was lazy and re-used the same port effect as the potions)
