Crude Friable Potion Vial

Im doing my Apprentice Alchemist Test an i have to make or have made some of these vials since is used in Basic Suspension of Frost II which i have to make a few of ive tried ther pottery wheel in Pok and guildhall and the recipe Crude Friable Potion Vial is not on the list i even made some other pottery stuff to make my skill a litte higher but heres a screen of what the wheel in guild hall give me for options to make no Crude Friable Potion or Unfired Crude Friable Potion Vial Set what am i doin wrong..Vial
