UNfired Runed Formed Potion Vial Set...wrong in database?

Tried combining the ingredients listed from the database and from the forums, and it says DNC, tried in both tanaan wheel and regular wheel from Guild hall, even tried tossing it into the kiln. Did this recipe change?

Runed worked potion vial is not workin either....not spending anymore till I figure out why.

If that is the X version... I made a patch note about it. The in game book should have the new recipes. You can check the database updates thread and see if anyone posted the new recipes and none of our DB Gnomes have changed it.
