Glaze laquer?

I was looking at the recipe for the Ceramic Skull of Decay, and one of the ingredients is glaze laquer, but I can't seem to find the recipe for that, or if it's vendor bought?

Is it not pottery made? I didn't check the other trade skill recipes.

A good place to look is the sticky post at the top of this section for PoP Components. If you look under the glaze section, you'll note that Glaze Laquer is sold at Elisa Dirtyshoes in PoK. There's a Loc on that page if you need it.
