Um... is there such a thing as a simple formed potion vial? I only know of 4 types of the vials used for throwing, being simple, worked, shaped and formed, each in 10 levels of 'power'. Or have I misunderstood your post?

it is just a disconnect between the name of the result and the name of the pattern. The patterns are generic to multiple bottles that is all.
despite the disconnect, I do not plan to change the names of the items at this time.
