Required min skill for Ceramic Gavel?

I just got the three Pottery mastery aa's thinking I could attempt a ceramic gavel combine but got the msg "too inexperienced in your craft".

Anyone know what the minimum required skill is to make this attempt?

I don't know the minimum required skill, but I'd guess either 200 or 220.

What's your current skill at? (Is your sig up to date?) We can at least use that as a starting point to narrow down the required skill.

It combined at 201, wouldn't combine at 200. That was for a Ceramic Gavel of Justice. Will try a Ceramic Shield next and will post if it does NOT combine at 201.

I started trying the combines at zero in pottery on this character. Glad to get combine at 201, not sure I would have kept going to get to 220 as skipping that bit was the whole point of getting pottery mastry 3.
