Help please

Over the last 3 days I have tried to bring pottery up for aid grimmel. However, I am trying to 'learn' a new skill not in UI. Here is issue, I make one, fail, try making next and go LD, come back and stuff on curser. This has happened in Guild Hall, and both wheels on POK. I can 'learn' and no LD's kilm. Have asked in chat, GM ignored my question. Have run patch, and complete file check. Anyone have any ideas??

Are you saying that every time you try a certain recipe you do link dead?

Unfortunately I'm neither pop-progressed nor tradeskilled enough to get to the point where I may attempt any aid grimmel quest
But if you mean some other combine under 200 or something please let us know what the actual combine is, what components you are using?

What is your current pottery skill? 0? some number higher?

Sure am. No matter what wheel I use. My current skill is 210 I am trying to get last 10 to 22. After 30K for Master fletching, I am trying to be cost efficent so decided to change to Star ruby stiens. Using a laqu star ruby, ce, water, scetch, tools, lg block magic clay. I go link dead ever time I hit combine.

try posting in the EQLive technical forum, or petitioning in game perhaps?

If you are using a custom UI, switch to the default one, your Custom UI might need updating.

Hmmm....

Assuming you have access to an enchanter wouldn't "Unfired White Ceramic Band" at 231 be a less expensive way to make it to 222?

Once you had a success on "unfired star ruby encrusted stein" does it now show in your known recipies?

What Chaile is talking about is when u try to add a recipie to your list and your NOT useing the UI but doing adds the old fashioned way.I've gone LD doing this with smithing.At first I thought somebody was trying to give me suppleys while i had the forge open but this wasn't the case.

P.S. You might try idols of Karana since these use imbued plains pebbles and emeralds for the mana potions.Star ruby steins are expensive:-P
