Putrescent blood

Has anyone heard of putrescent blood dropping, ever? I mean, I know it must have, since folks have posted about making the JC recipe and the glaze, but I've never once seen it drop, and have hunted Torment numerous times. Maybe if folks /feedback about it, Verant will increase the drop rate, or at least look into it? Seems rarer than metallic liquid used to be before it started dropping off golems...

I've never seen this either, and I have 2 hooves on a bank waiting to try the combine =/

I've gotten like 2 or so bloods when we were in Torment doing they key quest to Saryn's lair. We had to kill Baraguj Szuul, he ports you into his stomach and you have to kill some mobs that look exactly like him etcetc til u get to the end. Inside his stomach were the mobs that dropped the blood for me. I've not seen it drop off anything else in Torment while I've been there. Hope this helps

Oh, and I've not been able to try the shackles yet since I can't find someone to imbue my raw diamond for me

ceramic shackles of torment should be wrist wearable!

Its seems very odd to me that the shackles can't be worn on your wrist.
