Frog Cave (Reef of Coirnav)

I need to farm some oil of a frog to help out some guild beastlords with mana pres IV items. I keep seeing reference to "frog cave" in powater but I can not seem to find any indication of which cave on the various maps it might be.

Any pointers? I don't mind crawling a bit, but exploratory crawling can be a pain if you enter the wrong spot in the elementals

There's a quite good guide to some stuff from PoWater on the shaman's crucible. I'm not sure if it has the info you want or not but I'd check that out. (It's in the medicine cabinet section over there.)
