Poison Vial(crow's special brew) recipe

Crow in North Qeynos does *not* sell Crow's Special Brew. At this moment Crow's sale inventory includes:
Short Beer
Mead
Honey Mead
Short Ale
Fish Wine
Ale
Red Wine
White Wine
Brandy
Keg of Beer

No Crow's Special Brew. Crow's Special Brew can be quested for, but it is different item that is not stackable, used in a poison quest. I do not have Gates of Discord so cannot buy the brew from the Abysmal Sea, where it is also supposedly sold. Anywhere else I can get this so that I can avoid farming pelts?

other than abysmal, crow is the only one, but he has a very limited stock after the servers come up, and once it's been bought, he doesn't get any more till the next server reset

Could probably restock him by killing him too.
