  • Grand Master Satchel & Spirit Stone Information

I had origonally planned on going all the way with pottery due to the new recipies comming out lately especially the Spiritstones for Clerics and Shaman..

I had been wanting to do a trade quest so that I could get a shnazzy new range item, free tinker bag, and unlimited no rent tinker bags..

I have already spent hours and a good ~~800pp getting to 188 pottery, I will take casserole dishes to 199 but..

As getting the tradeskill item and a spirit stone are my only real goals would it be worth my time to reach 250?

What are my chances of getting these items at 199 skill? I am on Veeshan server and doubt that I will be able to sell any steins back to the economy, I might be able to get some PP from the guild for raid resist gear but not much.

Any helpful suggestions are highly appriciated.

It will take you about 75k to get to 250 from where you are.

Fortunately, you don't have to go all the way to 250. You get to 225 for about 15 or 20k, and at that point you have a decent chance at a trophy (about 40%). I don't know what the success rate is like on faithstones, I've never made any, but it can't any worse than that.

It would probably be considerably cheaper and easier to get a jewelcraft trophy and just buy a stone in the bazaar, though.

Faithstones are about 60% at 250 skill

Spiritstones are about 40% at 250 skill

That's my experience anyway, lots of people say they see the same successes for both...

But I wouldn't expect 40% sucess rate at 215 skill... I'd say you'd be lucky with 25% at that level.

      Good luck tho!
