Spiritstone question

With LoY, the trolls have packed up and left Grobb for the safe confines of Neriak. I've heard the corresponding spiritstone for ogres and trolls ports to Nektulos now instead of Innothule Swamp. I've also read that ogres can give their spiritstones to some ogre there and get one in return that ports somewhere closer to Ogguk.

Is this exchange limited to just Ogres? Can Trolls make this exchange and get a Spiritstone of the Banished as well? Can one still make a spiritstone of innothule? What I'm basically wondering is if it's possible for a Troll Shaman to get two spiritstones (one to nektulos and one to feerott).

I can answer the easy part of that -- When you use the recipe for spiritstone of Innothule, it now makes Spiritstone of the Banished.
