Here is my path from 200-250:
200-222: Opal encrusted steins, roughly 24.5 stacks of combines or 490 attempts.
222-233: Idols of Tunare, 20 stacks or 400 attempts.
233-237: More Idols of Tunare, 10 stacks or 200 attempts.
237-239: More Idols of Tunare, 10 stacks or 200 attempts.
239-242: Even more Idols of Tunare, 10 stacks or 200 attempts.
242-250: Star Ruby Encrusted steins, 18.75 stacks or 375 combines.
I think that works out to about 1 in every 37.3 clicks for skilling up.
I had did enough imbueing and mana vials and opals for an initial run of 44.5 stacks and was very depressed when it only got me to 233 instead of closer to 245. I then decided just to keep imbueing the emeralds and making mana vials in batches of 10 stacks. At 242 I decided to screw the cheap way and dig into my bank account to finish off with Star Ruby Encrusted steins...patience is not my best quality
