Ceramic Shacles of torment

I have seen many ceramic items for sale but I have never seen these up. Why? What is so hard in their making that makes them so rare? i really need a burning affliction 4 item and these are the only ones that are not no drop.

Well, the Putrescent Blood that is required drops in Crypt of Decay, I believe only during the 'stomach' event, or some such...ridiculous, I know...

the blood makes them hard + the fact you can do the whole event and get 0 to drop. I have shackles only because i kidnaped 3 bored gulidies one night.

the gfx on them is almost 1 of a kind i only know one other item that looks like it a pal/sk 1hs that drops from a bot tower mob

The blood drops in the Plane of Torment, as part of the "stomach event," which is needed for the key to Saryrn's chamber -- more info here:

Ceramic Shacles of torment

I've spent over 30 hours in the stomach and have seen only one blood drop. The 2nd floor of the stomach is soloable (at least by necromancers) so you might try talking with some of the necs on your server to see if they can hook you up

There's one for sale in Prexus bazaar.....200k. Pretty amazing, considering the rarity of the putrescent blood, and the fact you need 3 to make the first one!

Also, it seems that the necklace of biting insanity will probably never see the light of day....takes the torment diamond and has yucky stats
