Its rare from mephits in Earth A, its uncommon from mephits in Earth B. Since most xp groups don't go down to the mephits in Earth A, and most don't do xp in Earth B, you don't see many floating around, especially since anyone in those groups can just get the totem made for them and just sell the finished product. The mud and blood is easy to get if you xp in Earth.Comment
