getting stuck on 9's

Just wondering if anyone has had this problem.

from 199-200 it took 179 attempts
from 229-230 took 120 attempts
from 239-240 took 182 attempts

before hitting the magic number "9" I avrage about a skill up in every 40-60 attempts.

I know what ya mean! Lord knows I know! I retired for a year but kept a lot of notes on my drive to 250. I came back a few months ago and started playing. Between pre-retirement and the come back tour Ive had 20 stacks of combines trying to get from 224 to 250. During that time Ive had exaclty 2 count em 2 skill ups!!! Im so frustrated it isnt funny. Im at 260 wis unbuffed (maxed out) and with KEI I max out in INT also. Ive tried different zones, doing only 1 stack at a time douing multiple stacks.... Im about to give up!

It's the 0s to 1s that does it to me every time.

Yeah, I had the darndest time trying to skill up from 250 to 251!

I know, I'm not helping, I'll go away now...
