Pottery Trophy question

Hi all,

I just made my pottery trophy (whew, only 3 attempts). I have a question... I thought when you summoned the bag that it was a permanent container? When I inspect it the tag says NO RENT. Is there something that I have to do to make it permanent?

You have to give the no rent bank to Jolum in the Bazaar to get the permanent one. He's on the balcany standing on a table.
