Greetings,
I am currently working on all the various Vah Shir tradeskill Progressive quest. Finsihed most of them, Tailoring, Brewing, Fletching, almost finished smithing and I am working on Pottery
I am doing them with an Highe Elf that became a citizen by sneeking through immigration
But I have encountered a problem when I hand my Novice Runequill Set to get Finely Crafted Runequill Set I get letter to Fareed but not the quill set anyone know why this is happenning ?
I considered petitionning but I would like to know if anyone experience that before
